in this project we used adobe dreamweaver, i though this project was very simple but i made everything very complicated which was hard on me but other than that i really liked this project i learned a lot of new things. i think dreamweaver is a really cool part of graphic design. i think that it could have been easier if the destructions could have been a little easier. overall it was a reply fun project.

photoshop project

#1 i used photoshop,we had a picture of our school and we put a mask over it by using the mask tool and typed NORTHWEST over it. we made a blending backgroud by using the graident tool. and we customary made it ONW colors blue and black. 

#2 I used Photoshop and we got another picture of our school we typed ONW on it and made it a soft  light so it would blend in with the clouds, opacity was 60% to make it lighter. we added an ONW compass and also made it soft light, opacity 70% to make it a little darker so you can see it.

#3 I used Photoshop and another picture of our school. we masked a couple of the pictures together. we used the clone stamp tool to get ride of the execs in the picture, we made them all soft light 

#4 I used photoshop and we got a butterfly and we added color into all the spaces and copying the same colors to make it symmetrical. to make the sides of the butterfly look fluttery we used the clone stamp to make it have the effect.

#5 we use photoshop and we typed our name and used different gradients to make the rainbow effect and we made our background transparent so the letters will stand out.   

Alyssa ONeal's Logo

The scoop of this project was to make your initials in you own creative way with color that will pop to catch people attention and the shape you want to make them stand out all with your creativity. The process of this project was effective it went very smooth, you first think of some ideas in you're head then you start playing with them on a paper and they you sketch it out and make any adjust the style, you have tons of ideas but you can only choose one so you ask around witch one looks best and then you go to the computer and start working. Along the way i learned how to use adobe illustrator more as in, messing around with the 3D effect, withe arrow tool and how you can make the shape and move it around in any direction. what i would do differently next time is probably make it more original and get more creative, besides that i think it turned out good. what i would do the same is have the two different shapes because it makes them pop out with having a triangle and then a square attached to the side. and the color scheme because i love colors that go with gray. what i will draw from this experience is probably straighter lines to be more exact in the shape of your logo. i really liked this project it was fun and cool learning new things are adobe illustrator!!!!  

 

It matters what colors are a crossed from each other because they grab peoples attention and when they are complementary they make all the colors blend in better, so its not so crazy. you can concentrate on one thing.

Logo Color Use

This logo is the logo for 'The Outstanding Cleaning and Stain 

Removal Detergent'. The colors for Tide is Yellow, Orange 

and Blue. I used it for complementary because it falls in 

between how they are across from each other on the color 

wheel. I think the company choose these 

colors because

in this video I reflected on how well  having a group helps and all the ideas everyone contributes. this video is a just an overall interview on questions and other suggestions about our fun time in video. video really showed everyones creativity, and how to all contribute. this video is interviewing on you're overall time in video. shortcut keys are hard for me because when i stick to one method its hard to change and mine is looking and clicking, but my goal is to know all of them and hopefully more before the end of the semester. there were always 3 jobs actor, fillmer or director. most people didn't like being the camera, but i did which made it easier to the other teammates we had. the 180 degree rule will most likely be more important in later grades because we didn't really need to move that much but i think its a good skill, overall i had a blast in video!!!

What i will apply to my next project is the running style i think its really cool when you are somewhere and you come and your running from the camera (running from the person)

12 shot seqence

I learned that when you have two paragraphs you have two locations and two subjects. I also learned that the film should be continuous, can’t have someone walking down the hall and then there outside. I also learned that working in a group is easier than working alone because you have someone there to help you and assist you when you get confused.

 I will use the two paragraphs if I ever need to shot a commercial or something short that will grab the viewer’s attention in the 36 second max. And the different shots to show off what I would be advertising.

 Collaboration means working with others to do a task and to achieve shared goals. This applied to our group because we had a group of 2 and you both have to have different task to finish the project; camera shooter and actor, well first you have to decide what person does what, then you have to pick an idea on what you want to be doing in the sequence then you shoot!

My Myer-briggs personality is ENFJ it means that I care about everything and we try to keep our relationships with others strong we are warm, responsive and responsible. we have a lot of emotions and motivations to other. we are loyal to our peers. We have a lot of emotions to control. We want to fulfill others peoples potential. My famous person with ENFJ is Jennifer Lawrence  

I think that ENFJ describes me very well, the part that describes me most is that i do try to keep conversations going and i try to keep my relationships strong with others. I do love to socialize and hangout with others and with that you have to keep your relationship strong and be empathetic. You have to want to help others and care for others.  

I do think that my personality type helps me understand why I am the way I am. i now know why i gravitate to others, it is because i like to help out people and  i like to be there for people when they need someone. 

ENFJ clarify's me for when I'm in a team is being there for people, i ask if they need help ect.. in my family as being an ENFJ i am responsible and respectful 

The 6 shot sequence shots are,

1. xcu = Extra close up, close up of the hands.
2. ots = over the shoulder, shows what the person is doing.
3. cu = Close up. answers the question "Who is it?"
4. ws = Wide shot. shows what that person is doing, but not the entire scene.
5. ms = Medium shot. shows what that person is doing, but not the entire scene.
6. xws = Extra wide shot. sets the scene.

Im creating this video by using the 6 shot sequence method. It thought me to use a tripod and a flip camera. It thought me how to shot people from different angles and how each angle should not be more than 5-10 seconds long.



What I will apply to the next video is the 6 shot sequence to get my viewers attention, and shot everything from different angles to get the best turn out. I will also use ((((the editing app))) to cut the videos and add different effects.

highlight soccer video

In final cut pro I had to crop different sections of my video to fulfill the 2 minute time period, by starting at where you want to start you're video you have to put your mouse on the section you want and press command I and then find where you want it to end and press command O. you do this with all 5 of your videos and you can choose as many interesting parts in the video and make them come to life, by adding them with different parts of other clips. you could make your video shorter and have more highlights in you video by having it go in fast motion, which was very helpful. You also had the choice of choosing a in between slide changer, to have one slide change to the other in a cooler way and more interesting way. You also had the choice of choosing a song that could go with your video. I chose soccer as my hobby because soccer is my favorite sport and it’s a very fun sport to do. Soccer is important to me because you get to have fun, get to know more people, be competitive and also be doing extrusive for fun.
